This is the ultimate glute activation sequence to start any Sculptation workout. The exercises will engage and sculpt your glutes like never before. You will feel everything! 


A complete sequence is achieved by completing 2 rounds of exercises 1-10. The first round should be left side dominant and the second round switch to the right. This will ensure your left and right glutes are worked equally.


Repeat the Sculptation sequence again (4 rounds of exercises 1-10) to make it a stand alone glute sculpting, fat burning inferno of a workout.
